These terms are a contract between you and Zeeshan Nissar Qureshi, trading as PromptCraft Studio ("we", "us"), the provider of Forge, an AI tool that turns text descriptions into web apps. By using Forge, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind your organisation. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Forge, including:

• unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with security — malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing limits;
• creating illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, or malicious code;
• trying to jailbreak or bypass AI safety filters;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.

3. AI content and your responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to anything you submit, and for how you use generated output. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — check it before relying on it, and do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice without qualified human review.

Subject to these terms, you own the apps you create. You give us a limited licence to host and process your content only to provide the service. Rights holders can report infringing content to follow.civil@gmail.com; we may remove it, and repeat infringers will lose access.

4. Moderation

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Our intellectual property

We keep ownership of Forge itself, including its software, templates, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Forge within your plan.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee that Forge will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Forge is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends, you may request an export of your apps within 30 days, after which they may be deleted.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions: follow.civil@gmail.com.
