Who we are

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account. Basis: contract.
• Your prompts and apps — to provide the service and save your work. Basis: contract.
• Support messages — to help you. Basis: contract / legitimate interests.
• Usage data, device identifiers, IP address — for security, fraud prevention, and improving Forge. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — only if you opt in. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw anytime.

AI provider keys you add are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run Forge (hosting, database, sign-in).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and other laws that apply to you, you may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and raise a complaint. Email follow.civil@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

Security

We use appropriate safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and save your work. We don't use advertising cookies.
